The customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that the use of any submitted content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order that, in our opinion, may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the reproduction of any materials uploaded or submitted by the customer that infringe on the rights of any third party.
