My order arrived damaged, what now?
Oh no... did your order show up looking like modern art in too many pieces? Don’t panic, we’ve got you. Just send us an email with your order number and a picture of the broken item(s), and we’ll sort it out together.
How long will shipping take?
For local orders, expect about 4 - 5 working days, and if you’re in the outlined areas, it’s more like 5 - 7 working days. Bulk orders? 7 - 14 working days. You’ll get a tracking link once it’s ready.
